I have been engaged as the Project Director of a number of Oracle NetSuite projects in the engineering manufacture sector for businesses up to £20M in turnover. This has included the initial selection of ERP right through to roll-out and initial support.
Implementation of ERP into any organisation usually starts with migration of the existing financial system. When this is completed the foundation of the implementation can progress from a solid and dependable base.

CCH from Wolters Kluwer
As a project manager I have implemented CCH software for 10 accountancy practices in the UK. This has involved data migration from IRIS, Star and other legacy platforms to CCH, changes to the way accountancy practices operate in a controlled business process reengineering phase followed by a roll-out and familiarisation phase for upto 100 staff.
Microsoft Azure
I am currently working on a data strategy for a Digital Marketing Agency. The solution combines outsourcing data cleansing to India, UK based development of a Microsoft based web solution deployed on Azure and the integration of HubSpot to legacy databases. ETL technology FiveTran and Microsoft PowerBI also make up part of the solution.
